There are three spots that we’ve done in the last few years that were almost unbearable to shoot because of where we had to go to get them done. First of all, we did this spot for Mandalay Bay called Wonderlay Bay. We had to shoot for a few days in LA, Santa Monica actually, and then spend a week in the lovely green countryside of Bristol, England. It makes you want to gag that city is so quaint and wonderful and full of pubs. Read More | Comments

If you’ve browsed our news section recently, you’ve heard that we raised nearly $32,000 statewide with our New Year’s resolutions and shameless shenanigans (resolutionathon.com). We’re pretty proud to have donated that much money to the food banks of Nevada, and we owe a big thanks to our friends, families, industry colleagues and some generous strangers for their donations. Those dollars have helped feed a lot of hungry kids through weekend backpack programs.

    … Now for a tasteless, self-indulgent transition … and go …

It turns out the Resolution-A-Thon has helped satisfy our hunger, too. For awards. A number of the 108 Addy Awards, yes 108, we’ve won this year are related to the Resolution-A-Thon, including a Judge’s Choice and now a NATIONAL ADDY. Well, technically the National Addy is for our website, but since our current website is a hacked apart, Frankensteined, redesigned Flash template that we bought for 30 bucks, we’re guessing the Resolution-A-Thon area of the site helped get us that win. Don’t get us wrong, our site is nice and clean and has served its purpose. We’re just being realistic. (Keep a lookout for a new site soon. It’s gonna be good[sh*t]).

Either way, we won a NATIONAL ADDY (Did I mention that?) and had a successful fundraiser, which ultimately, all cyber chest thumping aside, is what’s really important.

We’ll I don’t think we actually ate any apple pie and I’m sure we never got near any hot dog products after B.C. got food poisoning on the last photo shoot from a corn dog. But we did set up 13 shots with the American flag as our theme. Have a look below at some of the snap shots from the photo shoot for EMPLOYERS www.employers.com. Greg Anderson was the photographer on the shoot so have a look at his site also at www.gregandersonphoto.com

We’re pretty sure we produced some great shots.
