The Glenn Group

The Tahoe Stand-up Paddleboard photo and video shoots went REALLY well this weekend. Check their website at http://tahoesup.com/ The weather was amazing, the lake was glassy almost the entire time (shockingly) and the shots we got were incredible. It was one of the more grueling shoots we’ve been on, with about 55 hours of shoot time in three and a half days, but it is going to be so worth it. We will have extremely high quality photos and footage to create a showcase website, ads and collateral for them.

Here are a bunch of photos from the shoot.

-Kelly and Flip appear to be just enjoying a day on the lake, but actually they rarely got to be on a boat. With little room and lots of logistics, they had to sit on shore for hours and hours. It was no picnic. Actually, they did have a picnic.

-Paul was our ski-boat hero. It’s like a jukebox hero, but you rock a ski-boat instead of a jukebox. His boat saved us on Sunday, because we rigged the video camera equipment to it.

-Yes, B.C. made a shirt into a hijab. Hey, it was hot as h-ll.

-A shot of Rod, our still photographer. Check out his website at rodmclean.com. He’s super talented and gave us a smokin’ deal.

-Yeah, that’s our client floating with a beer while we work. Pretty sure that is the picture of the “good life” everyone’s always talking about.

- Jerry Dugan from FLF Films shot some sweet video from the boat and from the bottom of the lake. Check the FLF website at http://www.flffilms.com/

-Finally, Flip “The Bullfrog” Wright made an appearance. We got him in a dry suit to help with some product shots in the water. It took him 20 minutes to get in the suit, and once he did one of our clients jumped in without anything on. It’s okay, Flip. Not all guys have to be tough. You have a lot of other great attributes, buddy.

Here are a few more snapshots from the day.
