  • This week team OGG took on team D-flat (BestBuy) for their third game of the season. Things were looking competitive at the end of the first inning, 1 point a piece. In the second inning, D-flat bulked up the back of their lineup with some heavy hitters (aka kickers), scoring an easy 6 runs which team OGG was never able to recover from, despite holding D-flat to less than 2 runs in each of the following innings. Final score was a disappointing 14-5 in favor of D-flat.

Next week team OGG takes on the Blue Stars at 6:30 at the Reno Sports Complex. Come check ‘em out! (PS The above photo was taken after the game, so yes, we were still happy.)

Honorable mention to Lacey Scott as the courses beverage cart lady, making sure The Glenn Group were stocked up with plenty of cold “beverages”.

  • After  stinking up the Sparks municipal softball fields for the last two seasons, Team OGG (Original Glenn Gangstas for those of you not in the know) went into this summer’s kickball season with few expectations. But unlike softball, where we spent our seasons dwelling in the basement of the co-ed K league, we seem to have a knack for a game most of us haven’t played since we were 10.
